Anna Ludlow founded the consultancy in 2008 with the desire to make biodiversity conservation a sustainable alternative. She has been involved in all stages of conservation projects throughout a range of specialty areas for over 20 years. Coming from a strong academic background, she wanted to bring the benefits of academic expertise to project design an implementation and offer technical and analytical support of the highest standards. She has extensive experience in Monitoring and evaluation of International conservation projects and management experience in large multi-stakeholder projects. Anna is fluent in English, Spanish and French.

Eszter Hidas

Eszter joined the consultancy in 2012 and became a partner. She also has an academic background and brought to the company an extensive experience in the fields of governance and policy-making. Eszter has led sustainability projects in Australia and has been involved in all aspects of Fisheries projects throughout the world, from project design to implementation and M&E. She has worked in projects with a strong sustainable livelihoods component and has been actively involved in policy-making at the regional and international levels. Eszter is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Hungarian.
